29/08/2009 - Deburing and dimpling firewall

Off to a flying start today finishing off the firewall preparation by dimpling and countersinking all the components of the firewall and reassembling to make sure everything fits nice and flush

Now its at this time that I need to admit two things

	I am writing this on the 28th Sept, about 1 month after I did this, so the commentary is going to be poor
	The next is I had the settings incorrect on the camera and I have take ickle pictures for the last month....arrgghhhhhh. You cant click on them to make them larger!

Anyway the firewall looks great, yes I know you cant see it, but your just going to have to trust me. No dramas.

Next up was starting on the bulkheads and the components that came with the wing kit. Its a bit nerve jangling drilling into the nice gold finish. Anyway as you can see its necessary to file down the bushes to fit. Bernard had a little fun as well by removing the excess material from the steering rack mounting brackets.

Nothing more for today...
